sulfur smell inconvenient system
The sulfur smell near the thermal pool was quite noticeable. Not exactly the refreshing aroma i anticipated. also, the electric gate situation was a bit of a hassle. i had to get out of the car each time i wanted to enter or exit. That's really annoying especially when it's raining. a more convenient system would be great!

Excellent Experience!
private beachfront thermal pools
The staff was helpful and friendly! I appreciated the wide selection at breakfast. The hotel features a beautiful private beachfront. The thermal pools were a highlight. I used them daily.
The electric gate was inconvenient. I had to get out of the car each time to enter or exit. This was especially annoying when it rained!

The hotel offers easy access to the lake from its private beach! The bar and restaurant area have beautiful lake views. It's super to relax while watching the sunset over the water.

Wonderful Lakeside Retreat
helpful staff wide selection delicious food
I found the staff helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast offered a wide selection, and the food and drinks in general were delicious. special mention to the non-alcoholic options.
The electric gate required getting in and out of the car, and that was annoying.

The room had excellent air conditioning and heating. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was great, including robes and slippers.

Every staff member was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I noticed they were attentive and discreet. The team contributed to a great experience.
